Our Saving Plan membership provides the professional oral care you want at an affordable price. The Saving Plan includes:
- Two dental cleanings in a twelve month period
- Two dental exams in a twelve month period
- Full mouth x-rays (Initial)
- Four bitewing x-rays and two periapical x-rays in a twelve month period
- One fluoride treatment
- Up to 20% - 50% discount on all major treatments
- 1 Emergency Exam
- 10% Whitening procedures.

What else should I know?
- Membership runs for 12 months from the date you join.
- Our Saving plan benefits may not be combined with insurance, other offers or discounts
- Our Saving plan is not insurance and is not a qualified health plan under the Affordable Care Act.
- Payment for any treatment(s) not included in the membership plan is due at the time of service
- Our membership plan does not cover procedures completed by specialist outside our practice.
